6 Just fixed Err 4 by pulling the machine out, tipping it over onto its left hand side at 45 degrees, emptying lots of water then standing back up again & heh presto, it's now OK again !!

4 we pulled it out.. undid the water, power and drain.. shook it sideways.. lots of water spilled out - this was a good thing.. plugged it all up and it started working... Oh Error 1 means you need to buy a completely new water hose from our experience (ours came broken)

3 Was just looking for the answer to the same problem and found my manual. Error Code 4 means: Overfilled - Too much inlet water. I found by disconnecting the water supply (after turning it off) then reconnecting it fixed it

3 i have err4. and am trying to find out what caused it. err4 is an overfill as mentioned above, but what it is is that there is water in the bottom of the dishwasher externally,,, as in where the pumps are, there is a float in there that stops the dishwasher so that it doesn't short out the electronics. the problem is that there is no suction to get it out. I took the side cover off and got in there with a cooking syringe and sucked it out, i got over 2 cups of water out.

0 Just had same problem so I turned off water supply and undid the water inlet hose, drained excess water and reconnected the hose. Now all good again. :)

0 I had this problem and what I found was there is a switch attached to the bottom panel that is activated by a foam float, which had got stuck in the up position for me. Its real easy to access if you lay your dishwasher on its back I sorted that problem but then found water was getting to that switch from water leaking past the door seal and draining through two small tubes at the base of the door. If you have any leaks and water is getting down to this switch it is going to keep having an Err fault. You can drain the water away and it will work again but only for the short term.
