I have a whirlpool diswasher GU1108XTLB1 that will...

I have a whirlpool diswasher GU1108XTLB1 that will not come on. It does not have a display window but the normal wash button blinks constantly. The thermal fuse checks out ok as does the heater. I replaced the electronic control board still will not come on. No where have I been able to find what the blinking light means. Thanks for any help
