Question About Whirlpool Dishwasher 1000
my dishwashing liquid drawer comes open as soon as...

my dishwashing liquid drawer comes open as soon as i close the door to wash the dishes. therefore the cleaning liquid has emptied out before the washing cycle has began. is this normal? my dishes don't get clean and i'm thinking because the soap is not there.
