My power lights won't turn on and I get no power t...

My power lights won't turn on and I get no power to my dishwasher. I imagine it is not the fuse because I got power for about 15 seconds, and then the lights blinked on one other time. What do you think my problem might be? Thanks, Kenny kenkarla@q.com
