My water company shut off the water supply for abo...

My water company shut off the water supply for about 1hr, when they switched it back on, my dishwasher will not start any program. Green light flashes at intervals. Have tried start button for 10secs also cleaning the bottom filter, still no success, grateful for any suggestions, thanks,
