My whirlpool dishwasher model du945pwpqo the start...

My whirlpool dishwasher model du945pwpqo the start button flashes the 4 hr delay light is on solid and is set for heavy wash and that light is on solid but the dishwasher didn't start. I open and closed the door and that doesn't change any of the lights either any ideas is the key pad gone because it doesn't work on all settings
