Under counter dishwasher came with the house when I bought it. It runs, but doesn't clean. There seems to be a quanity of hard soap in the washer, and this won't go away even after several wash cycles without more soap being applied. Interior of dishwasher is also dirty with loose debris lying on the bottom. It also appears to have a problem with draining.
