I get an F OF error on my Whirlpool AKZ161/03 lowe...

I get an F OF error on my Whirlpool AKZ161/03 lower oven display and the oven doesn't function. Someone said that "... on this model, F03 indicates a faulty power control board (also known as the "Capricorn" board by Whirlpool technicians)." Is this plausible?
