I own a Whirlpool upright freezer.........Model EV...

I own a Whirlpool upright freezer.........Model EVL181NXTQ01.........Serial # EWW2462571.......and have misplaced the owners manual. The bell alarm keeps beeping and we cannot figure out the problem. There is nothing blocking the door and it seems to be running fine.............just can't get the alarm to quit ringing
