Question About Whirlpool Freezer ET18TK
My ET18TK whirlpool refrigerator has been leaking ...

My ET18TK whirlpool refrigerator has been leaking water into the cold cut drawer, the crispers and the bottom. I looked online and it seemed like to clear the drain I would need to remove the freezer floor. It appears to be attached with rivets, however. Any advice? Will defrosting help?
