disposal stopped. turned power off, inspected inte...

disposal stopped. turned power off, inspected interior for items - all clear, used ntool to rotate interior backwards. seems to turn however, get caught. no visable items. turned on, pushed reset, began however stopped again. do I dismantle it from drain to inspect inside? if so, how. Thank you
