Question About Whirlpool Garbage Disposal GC2000PE2
Something is stuck and I can't feel it in the bowl...

Something is stuck and I can't feel it in the bowl of the disposal. A handy man did something with an allan wrench to get something out before. I have the allan wrench and found the place under the disposal to use it. I keep turning it counter clock wise and nothing seems to be happening. What am I doing wrong.
