We have the Whirlpool ice maker Model # GI15NDXTS1...

We have the Whirlpool ice maker Model # GI15NDXTS1. The issue we are having with it is it makes to much ice. The water seems like it stays running and what ends up happening is the ice made turns into a big ball of ice as opposed to loose ice cubes. It gets so full you really can't get any ice out of it.
