Hi I have a whirlpool jet stream jet chef 6 sense crisp microwave oven. Some buttons have been pushed and now the microwave function doesn't work, when I push the start button to begin microwaving you can hear the microwave doesn't engage, is there a way to reset to factory default or a solution to fix this, I have tried all button combinations and can't get it to work. Thanks
