Microwave failed when using code40 continuous ala...

Microwave failed when using code40 continuous alarm. Turned main power off. Waited awhile restored power alarm stayed off Screen had of 1d=30. Put cup of water in mic boils fine did not try other features so what does the 1d =30 mean. Thanks emmet kurtz@ msn.com
