I have a GT4175Sp that we purchased in September of 2006. The push latch will depress fully, however, the door will not open. If we enter a cook time, the light comes on but the microwave portion does not work. Please let me know how we can open the microwave. We have a sandwich in the microwave that we were heating up when we encountered the problem.
