0 I did not have this model, but my friend and myself both had an internal fuse go in the microwave... They wouldn't work on either till replaced. Other things to try, ensure oven is fully clean and dry and door sealing properly, as someone I worked with that had a microwave where as a safety feature did not heat/work unless door was flush mounted. Turns out one of her teen boys would leave on the open door for the food to cool' And leaned on it for minutes at a time, talking on cell and bent a hinge(s)!
