The surface oven/night light bulbs burn out, and burn out as soon as you replace them. I took the hood assembly off, and it looks like the bulbs are wired to a round assembly made by Sankyo of Korea, M2CK34A719-H. This part must be either a heat sensor or a useless piece for turning a plate in the microwave that does not come as part of this microwave. Might this piece be what is burning out the light bulbs?
