I find the oven only heats up enough if you put the temperature onto full (250 deg). Tried roasting a chicken on 220 and 1.5 hours later it hadn't even started cooking. Also find a lot of heat is lost through the oven door. Should this happen. I am REALLY not enjoying this oven. Mandy
