5 I could not locate your Model # XFG381LVQ in any references. I did locate Model # WFG381LVQ. According to the installation manual the items you are trying to locate are located on the back of the oven in a card board orfice holder. I recommend you go to: www.SearsPartsDirect.com and download the installation manual for your oven. Full instructions for the conversion are included in that Manual.If you need any other parts they can be purchased here also. Good Luck and be safe
