I turn my Oven on Its A Whirlpool FCES6 6AKP524/ix...

I turn my Oven on Its A Whirlpool FCES6 6AKP524/ix I can turn it on full blast and it only gets luke warm, The fans work and there is not alot of heat. I was wondering if its my thermostate or is it another area of the oven. Any information will be greatly appreciated thank you.
