On this model IKEA WH, Type: FCSM6, Model: 500 656...

On this model IKEA WH, Type: FCSM6, Model: 500 656 40, I have cleaned the symbols off the control knob & guesswork isn't getting the dinner cooked! I would like a diagram, or better still a replacement control knob. Any ideas? Thankyou
