We have a drop in cooktop and oven. The bottom element wasn't working, so we replaced. The new element isn't working either. Any idea what could be wrong? The top element is working fine so can still use oven. However nothing browns on the bottom because the bottom element isn't heating. Model of oven is Whirlpool RS696PXBO2
