i have a 1997 Whirlpool range. It wont work. It shows PF, even though the 240 power is coming to it okay. Double 50amp breaker okay, cord okay, outlet okay....why PF code?

0 It is a US model, so there are no fuses that I know of. The 4 burners indicator lights (120v) show that the burners are on, but they do not heat up (240v). The oven or broil does not work either. I took the rear panel off and all looks/smells good ( nothing obviously burnt). Thanks for any help....
