light bulb inside the oven burned out. while i tried to take out the bulb, the bulb break from the metal part. As i tried to use a priers to take out the metal part of the bulb, it caused a short circuit with electrical sparkles. So the range is down and the control screen showed no 4. please tell me how to fix the problem
