Just picked up a "new" used range, turns on and works, but the lights that notify which "burners" are on stay on constantly. The "surface heating" light is on. The burners are all set on "OFF" and are cool, and do heat when turned to on, but it's still saying they are on when they have been off - or not even turned on (like when we plugged it in).
