Question About Whirlpool Refrigerator ED25SM
1" Ice build up in bottom of freezer - probably plugged rear drain...

Apparently there is a drain in the bottom of the freezer that is no longer draining. How can I repair it?

1 The drain pan is bone dry and the ice/water appears to be leaking out of the front-bottom of the freezer. Will I need to get to the back of the refrigerator to repair it? We have never moved the unit out of its built in location.

0 I was able to remove it from the front by reaching underneath. It was plugged.
