Bought this fridge brand new never worked correctl...

Bought this fridge brand new never worked correctly. Side of it stay hot to touch. Doesn't cool as its supposed to. Again problems from day one. I can stand 3 feet away and feel the heat coming from it. The heat comes from the side where the fridge door starts. Why?
