CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT YEAR THIS REFRIGERATOR IS? THE MODEL NUMBER IS ED5KVEXV001 AND THE SERIAL NUMBER IS S02723227. WE BOUGHT THIS UNIT FROM BEST BUY ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND IT STOPPED WORKING. THE FEEZER AND THE REFIRERATOR ARE NOT COLD AND HAD DEFROSTED. THE COMPRESSPR COMES ON AND SHUTS RIGHT BACK OFF.
