EB9SHKXVQ02 The freezer is freezing up.and leaki...

EB9SHKXVQ02 The freezer is freezing up.and leaking out the door. Where the lines go into the coil it was just a big ball of ice. I cannot find any sort of drain in this freezer, it's a bottom type freezer. Where might it be locator,?
