Freezer/fridge losing temp intermittently!...

Hi, I've noticed my fridge/freezer is losing temperature intermittently like milk is off before or on the use/by date, ice cubes in freezer turn to liquid but other meats etc remain frozen and items in fridge are somewhat not as cold as they seemingly should be though they are still somewhat cold. Light is on in fridge so definitely has power!
