Hi, I have a Whirlpool WRT771RWYM01 refrigerator and it will not defrost. I've been doing a little research regarding the issue but there arent many resources regarding my particular model. I was able to test both the heater and thermistor with a multi-meter. Is there anything else I can test before assuming i need to replace the control board? Thanks!
