I am not getting water to the ice maker or water dispenser

5 K first off obviously you have it connected to the cold water pipe under the sink and you did back off the the penetrating screw on this said pipe correct. So lets say you have the most possible problem is the diaphragm in the ice maker and water dispenser is stuck in the closed position. Therefore it wont allow the water out. Number two the built in pump may have ceased not allowing it to work. Bust option is to turn the puncture screw back in the pipe and unplug the fridge open her up remove hose first and open the water flow to make sure water is coming out. Next put hose back on plug in fridge and make sure pump is running as it should when you plug it in. If all is good after those two steps the diaphram is stuck and you need to replace that part and all should be fine

0 I am not getting water to the water dispenser or ice maker but I do get water to the filter
