I have a GS5SHAXNL00 side by side refrig. with ice...

I have a GS5SHAXNL00 side by side refrig. with ice maker in door. No water gets to ice maker, I changed solenoid valve, but still won't work. Infra-red light blinks. Where do I go from here?
