I have a Whirlpool Gold model #gr9fhkxpq01. The freezer doesn't seem to be keeping things frozen anymore. Its like the temperature gage isn't working, which causes it to frost up which causes the fridge not to stay cold. I have defrosted the freezer several times now and it just keeps happening.
