I have a Whirlpool ref. Model #ED5GVEXVD05 and Serial #S03825189. The top shelf of the freezer is not freezing but the other shelves items are frozen. The ice maker and ice are working. We have turned the freezer setting up and still not freezing the top shelve. Could not find the owners manual at this time. Please advise the problem. Also, please send me a link to my manual. Thank you.
