Question About Whirlpool Refrigerator W4TXNWFWQ

We've recently thawed out some fish in our fridge and have cleaned EVERYthing we can with various methods. Still smells. We're wondering if there is some tubing or something that we're missing (we cleaned out the drain pan in the back also. Suggestions?
