My eb9shkxvq 01 refrigerator works, but the bottom...

My eb9shkxvq 01 refrigerator works, but the bottom freezer doesn't.. Troubleshooting steps please? I moved it a month ago, gently on it's back and blew out all the dust on the coils beneath.
