My vegetables are freezing in my vegetable drawer ...

My vegetables are freezing in my vegetable drawer and I can't figure out why. I have model @ WSF250D2EXB01. I have turned the temperature up on the refrigerator but I still have frozen fresh vegetables. I have changed the humidy knob but it doesn't help. It is a side by side whirlpool fridge I bought 3 years ago. I can't find my user manual.
