My Whirlpool Estate refrigerator (Mdoel TS22CFXTO0...

My Whirlpool Estate refrigerator (Mdoel TS22CFXTO00) has a water dispenser and ice dispenser. The ice dispenser is a clear plastic funnel, which has become discolored and looks unhealthy. I have cleaned it the best I can while it is in place, but am wondering if it can be removed for cleaning or replacement?
