0 you will need to unfreeze the drip line in the freezer. turn off the fridge using the knobs or unplug. remove the bottom plate in the freezer. It should be just two bolts. If this has ice under it then you will need to remove the ice. In the back there is a hole. Make sure that water can drain down the hold into the drip pan at the bottom of the fridge. I use a turkey baster with hot water to help remove the ice and put hot water down the drain in the back.
