We have water randomly leaking out from under the refer. The drip pan is not overflowing; it appears to be when the defrost cycle kicks in and suddenly a pool of water forms on the floor. Service men have come out twice and they can not determine the problem but said possibly there is a problem with the defrost drain hose. How do I check this drain hose? Could it be anything else?
