Why can't you send a manual with the refridgerator...

Why can't you send a manual with the refridgerator? This is a nuisance to have to go online just to find out how to change the filter. I paid a lot to get the Whirlpool brand, and I think it's really cheap of your company to not include a manual to tell how to do the simple and necessary maintainance
