your 866 # has been busy for hours and impossible to speak to someone. I'm online looking for a manual so I can replace a water filter on a french door refrig and cannot find the number among thousands listed. G15FSAXVYOO. The cover drops easily enough but I don't see how to get the canister to drop down.
