Question About Whirlpool Ventilation Hood None
Downdraft Vent...

I have a downdraft vent installeld in a kitchen island cabinet. The vent raises to operating level, however, when it lowers it continues the cycle and raises again without stopping at the closed level. I took the cover off the front of the unit under the counter and do not see anything blocking the lower movement.

0 Found that the problem was one of the 3 micro switches on the motor was missing the metal contact.
