I have a used whirlpool water cooler, WHRA-3345BW....

I have a used whirlpool water cooler, WHRA-3345BW. Bottom half is a refrigerator. It will not get cold. Been moved and laid on its side. What is the process for bleeding the coil on the back of the unit?
