I received this water cooler 2nd hand as well and ...

I received this water cooler 2nd hand as well and the hot water works fine but the cold water trickles out..... I've checked and cleaned everything I could see/reach. Any solutions? Help!!!!

0 Check to see if it is frozzen up. Look in the top, you can also feel it where the water sits.
