0 Hi elsie.shields, thanks for your inquiry! Typically, the drain pan is located on the bottom of your White-Westinghouse freezer. If you are receiving water on the floor it might be from the gasket. Do you see any condensation on the gasket? If there is an issue with the drain line a manual defrost can help clear that out. To perform a manual defrost can be done when you disconnect power for roughly three to four hours. I hope this information is helpful to some degree. –OOS
