0 Good Afternoon rosemary2219, thanks for your inquiry! From my understanding your White-Westinghouse microwave is not heating up. I would suggest performing a reset on your microwave and you can do that by disconnecting power from your appliance for ten minutes. If you continue to experience problems with your microwave once you have restored power you may want to consult with a professional technician. You could have an issue with a faulty control panel or magnetron the technician will be able to come and properly diagnosis each component to pinpoint the source of your problem. When they have completed a diagnosis they would be able to replace the part with no difficulty. I hope this is helpful. –OOS
