My fridge/freezer leaks water into the area below the veg boxes and needs to be mopped up daily. It seems like the self defrost is not directed to the right area. Could a drain be plugged? If so, where do I find it?

0 Thank you for your post, Nicole Rasmussen! I understand you would like to have access to your drain pipe on your White-Westinghouse refrigerator. Normally, your drain pipe is not easily accessible. I would recommend you perform a manual defrost on your refrigerator and you can do that by disconnecting the power from your refrigerator for at least two hours. If that does not help correct the issue, please feel free to reconnect. -OOS
